The changing seasons and a lifestyle that nurtures mind and body #78 has been released on YouTube.

The lingering summer and the beginning of autumn.

The forest is gradually being tinged with the colors of autumn,
Now, when I open the window in the morning, cold air flows into the room.

I picked some cosmos flowers, which are in full bloom right now, and tied them into a bundle.
I brewed some coffee and cooked sweet potato rice in an old earthenware pot.
I spend my mornings as usual, making rolled omelets and tending to my pickled vegetable bed.

In the midst of these ordinary days, recently,
I've started thinking about getting older.

Since turning 60, I've gradually started to notice changes in my mind and body.

Things that used to be taken for granted,
Things may not go as planned,
I've been having trouble recovering from fatigue.
Until recently, I used to wake up feeling refreshed at 4 AM every morning,
Lately, it's been difficult for me to get up in the morning.

But just as the seasons change,
Perhaps we ourselves are also changing.

Instead of trying to force yourself to go back to your old self,
Listen to your own voice right now.
When you're tired, get enough sleep.
I also want to emphasize the importance of pausing and reflecting.

I put those feelings into this video.

In the midst of a hectic daily life, just for a brief moment,
I hope this helps you relax and find peace of mind.

May your mind be at peace.

You and I.
