The color of the cherry blossoms has faded in the salted cherry blossoms.
The color was disappointing, but it smelled like cherry blossoms 😅

It was a dinner that made me feel like spring was here.

In this production,
I was thinking of taking the salted cherry blossoms out of the jar to use them for pickling,
I had put the cherry blossom salt in a colander and placed it in a bowl,
After finishing making the jelly,

I almost accidentally washed the bowl containing the cherry blossom salt as well.
I accidentally poured water into the ball.
Gently pour out the water.
I was able to use a small amount of cherry blossom salt,
That was a moment where I thought, "Oh no, I messed up."
